We work within the ecologically vital Omo-Turkana Basin to defend Indigenous voices, build lasting peace, and counter the existential threat of linguistic extinction. Our integrated approach empowers local communities through four primary pillars:
- Rights Advocacy: Securing customary land and water rights for marginalized populations facing environmental and development shifts.

- Indigenous Language Reclamation: Applying global best practices to rescue moribund languages, specifically focusing on El Molo. We facilitate intergenerational knowledge transfer, deploy digital audio-visual documentation, and develop community textbooks.

- Cultural Preservation: Archiving indigenous traditions, oral histories, and environmental wisdom to safeguard community identity.

- Conflict Resolution & Research: Managing resource-based friction through local dialogue via an evidence-based basin research institute.
